I spent my Christmas holiday at a charming family, run hotel and I must say, I had a great time! the hotel's location was just perfect , it was close to the city center, and yet it was pretty quiet. the hotel also offered two excellent amenities that I loved. the service provided by the hotel staff was exceptionally great , they were so kind and attentive to all my needs. the breakfast served was simple but so delicious , I really enjoyed the homemade jams a lot. I couldn't have asked for a better experience , I was completely satisfied.
On the negative side, I must say that the beds were not the most comfortable to sleep in. Other than that, I have nothing else negative to say about my experience at this hotel.

The location of the hotel is convenient and close to shops and restaurants. the service provided by the owner and his family is exceptional. They go above and beyond to make guests feel at home. the breakfast is simple but delicious, with fresh and tasty homemade jams. the rooms, although not the most comfortable, offer great value for money. the staff are very accommodating, even going as far as buying plastic covers during rainy weather.
The beds were not as comfortable as expected.

What a great New Year's experience! The service and hospitality of the staff and owners were exceptional. They made us feel at home right away. The breakfast was simple, but fresh and very tasty. The homemade jams were a real treat and really added to the overall experience. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to great hiking trails and stunning views of the surrounding area.
The beds were not the most comfortable, which was a bit disappointing. However, the overall experience made up for this small negative aspect.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The service provided by the owner and his family was exceptional. They made us feel like we were staying at their home. They even went out of their way to buy us plastic covers for the rain when we asked. The breakfast, although simple, was excellent. It consisted of fresh and tasty food, including homemade jams. The value for money was great, and we would highly recommend staying here. We hope to visit again next year.
